Registration opens on 1 December 2026. Early-bird rates apply until 1 May 2027.

Registration fees

All fees are in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Registration includes

  • Access to all plenary and technical sessions
  • Welcome reception (11 July) and conference banquet (13 July)
  • Lunches and coffee breaks on conference days

Important notes

  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register by the early-bird deadline.
  • Young Professionals are participants under the age of 35 by the start date of the conference. An ID card or passport, valid at the time of the conference, must be uploaded on the registration platform.
  • Student registration requires valid student identification.
  • On-site registration is subject to availability.
