Getting there
From Changi Airport
Singapore Changi Airport is around 20–30 minutes from the city centre by taxi or ride-hailing, and is connected to the city by the MRT's East–West Line.
By MRT
Singapore's MRT network covers the city and is the easiest way to get around. Contactless bank cards can be used directly at MRT gates and on buses.
NTU visit (15 July)
The final-day visit to Nanyang Technological University's campus in western Singapore. Transport arrangements will be announced closer to the conference.

Accommodation recommendations, including any preferential room rates for participants, will be posted here once the venue is announced.
Visa & entry
Many nationalities can visit Singapore without a visa, but requirements depend on your passport. Please check the official requirements from the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) well before you travel.
- All travellers must submit the free SG Arrival Card online within three days before arriving.
- Your passport should be valid for at least six months from your date of entry.
- Registered participants who need an invitation letter for a visa application can email AI4space2027@ntu.edu.sg / iaa.aispace@gmail.com with their full name (as in passport), nationality, passport number, affiliation and paper ID (if any). Please allow enough time for visa processing.
